Sir Martin Frobisher (c. 1535 or 1539 – 1594), privateer, explorer and naval commander
Signed 'HBone' (lower left) and signed, dated 1818 and fully inscribed on the counter-enamel
Enamel on copper
Rectangular, 177 x 135 mm., gilt-wood frame with gilt-metal slip engraved 'Enamel HBone, R.A.'
