The Dalmore, The Kildermorie, Aged 62 Years
The Kildermorie is a 62 year old aged whisky from the Highland Distillery of Dalmore. Successive distillers had kept reserves of casks dating from 1868, 1878, 1926 and 1939. Richard Paterson, the famed distiller who this year celebrates 50 years in the whisky business, crafted the liquid in the casks into a truly rare set of bottles of liquid nectar. Twelve bottles of whisky aged in 30 year old Oloroso barrels were released by Dalmore and each was christened with a Dalmore Estate associated name. The Kildermorie is the local Loch which is the water-source for Dalmore. A truly unique and iconic whisky.
