EDO PERIOD (18TH CENTURY), MOUNTED AS A LAMP, THE SHADE BY ROBERT KIME LTD.
Of baluster form, decorated in red enamel and gilt over underglaze blue with two lobed panels containing chrysanthemums, alternately shaped panels depicting karashishi and peonies, and a butterfly amongst stylised flowers, with a later cream pleated shade, later wired for electricity
