Depicting a seated god wearing a horned crown and tiered ankle-length robe, a goddess stands in front wearing a horned crown and leading a worshipper. There is a crescent moon in the field, with two lines of cuneiform reading: '...Adallal-ilussu...the son of Awil-Ea.'
