AN ENAMELED STONEWARE SNUFF BOTTLE
YIXING, QIANLONG FOUR-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
Of gourd shape, the bottle is decorated with four of the Eight Buddhist Emblems, on one side the vase of treasure above a stylized lotus flower, and on the reverse the parasol above twin fish, all set against a scroll ground.
