POSSIBLY THE STEVENS DEER MASTER, OFFICIAL SCHOOL, 1750-1850
The bottle is carved on one side using the whitish and beige inclusions with a flowering prunus tree and a lotus plant flanking a duck swimming in waves towards the base. The reverse is carved above the base with a cat crouching on a rock as it stalks a butterfly that appears on the shoulder above.
2 in. (5.1 cm.) high, jadeite stopper
