signed 'RBugatti' and stamped with the foundry mark 'A.A. HÉBRARD CIRE PERDUE' (on the base)
bronze with dark brown patina
height: 8 7⁄8 in. (22.5 cm.)
Conceived circa 1911, and cast by Hébrard in an edition of 10
Provenance
Private collection, Paris, by whom acquired between the 1930s and 1950s, and thence by descent.
