A PAIR OF HUANGHUALI CABINETS WITH LATTICED PANELS
QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
Each cabinet is of rectangular form with two doors decorated with swastika latticework on the upper panel and shou-character flanked by chi-dragons on the lower panel, opening to revel the shelved interior. The sides and the back are similarly decorated with swastika latticework panels. All above a shaped openwork apron with a pair of confronting chi-dragons.
28 3/4 in. (73 cm.) high, 24 5/8 in. (62.5 cm.) wide, 13 3/8 in. (34 cm.) deep
