A GEORGE IV MAHOGANY SERVING TABLE AND COLLECTED BAR SERVICE
CIRCA 1825
The table with cross-banded top over a lotus leaf-tip carved frieze and eight lotus-leaf and reeded columnar supports connected by a stretcher shelf, on bun feet, possibly originally with a slash rail;
The bar service including:
Three silver liquor labels, 2 oz. total weight
Fifteen colorless cut glasses, unmarked
Twelve colorless glass stemware, unmarked
Two silver-plated serving trays
A stained hardwood tray
A silver-plated three bottle holder
Two white painted metal ice scoops
Two bottle opener corkscrews, one from the Dorchester
A cocktail spoon
A candle snuffer
38 ¼ in. (97.5 cm.) high, 111 ½ in. (283.5 cm.) wide, 28 in. (71.5 cm.) deep (the table)
