Circulaire et uni sur pied mouluré, le corps muni de deux poignées latérales et gravées d'une armoirie et d'un cimier, le couvercle dômé avec prise en forme de boule et gravé d'un cimier ; poinçons sur le fond: ville, lettre-date, maître-orfèvre et striche

Les armoiries sont probablement celles de Thomas Lennard, 15e Baron Dacre, fait Earl of Sussex en 1674.

MARK OF SIMON PANTIN, LONDON, 1714
Plain circular on foot-rim, applied with two side-handles, the domed cover with ball finial, engraved on body with a coat-of-arms and a crest and on cover with a crest, fully marked underneath and with assay scrape
The arms are probably those of Thomas Lennard, 15e Baron Dacre, made Earl of Sussex in 1674.
