A Siebe, Gorman and Company, Ltd 6-bolt diving helmet
Constructed in copper and brass, the helmet with air inlet elbow (no non-return valve) and adjustable exhaust and spindle; telephone socket (Heinke pattern, incomplete with no blanking nut), spit-cock (lacks handle), three ports, the front unscrews the two side ports with grills, interupted thread to corselet (numbered 14963); brass makers plate stamped Siebe Gorman & Co Ltd, Submarine Engineers, London, Patent complete with weight studs front and back and six bolt brass straps (old wear and damages) -- 18½in. (47cm.) high
