The rounded rectangular later top with moulded edge, the waved frieze centred by a carved shell on shell-capped cabriole legs with paw feet, with typed Harrods depository label for 'VISCOUNT DAVID A. N. Stewart/ OLD LODGE/ NUTLEY/SUSSEX/ 11⁄7/39', the side rails replaced and the table reduced in depth
