The bowl with mark of Gebrüder Friedländer, Berlin, dated 1906, the spoon with mark of Sy & Wagner, Berlin, circa 1885
The spirally fluted bowl with gilt interior and on baluster stem with spreading square base on four foliate scroll feet, with shell and scroll borders, the modified King's pattern sifting-spoon with pierced fig-shaped bowl, the spoon engraved with the initial W with Royal Prussian crown above for Prince Wilhelm of Prussia, later Emperor Wilhelm II, the bowl engraved with WR monogram with Royal Prussian crown above for Emperor Wilhelm II, the bowl marked on base, the spoon on handle
