Columnar, set on four reeded bun feet, the circular silver-mounted base rising to a fluted column mounted with a chased silver band of oak leaves and acorns, the upper section with a band of Vitruvian scrolls suspending laurel swags, the urn-form central standard surmounted by a flame finial, the acanthus-clad scroll arms issuing from two rams' heads, surmounted by urn-form sockets with beaded drip pans, marked throughout
