Of mallet form, with lobed sides and ring-molded waisted neck, with lobed hexafoil stopper, the body centering an enameled gold foil inclusion depicting the conjoined arms of the Naryshkin and Czetwertynski families, the rim inscribed '5,' otherwise unmarked
